Please read these terms carefully before using the bd7u platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and us.

Introduction and Consent
bd7u ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd7u website and all related services. By registering on or continuing to use our platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services. bd7u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
bd7u services are open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must reside in a place where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- You must have a valid bank account or mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) in your own name.
- Each individual may open only one account.
- You may not register on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on bd7u you must provide accurate and complete information. bd7u reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information is provided. Government-issued identification and relevant documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC).
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All transactions carried out through your account will be treated as having been made on your instruction. If any unauthorised access occurs, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 One Account Policy
Creating more than one account in a single person's name is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on bd7u is ৳300. The same minimum applies across all methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer). Once a deposit is successfully processed it will be credited to your account.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals are only approved via the same method used for the deposit.
- bd7u may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
- Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of fraudulent activity.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bd7u bears no liability relating to currency conversion.

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement will be set by bd7u.
- There may be bet limits when using bonus funds.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
5.3 Other Promotions
bd7u may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms which are published on the relevant offer page. bd7u reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

VIP Program and Cashback
The bd7u VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Players can move up to higher tiers through regular and active gaming activity. All decisions regarding VIP benefits remain at the sole discretion of bd7u. bd7u reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd7u platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial bets with the intention of abusing bonuses.
- Exploiting any technical flaw in the system.
- Using computer programs, bots or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
- Conducting fraudulent activity against other players.
- Misconduct or issuing threats toward bd7u staff.

Liability and Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
The bd7u platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons.
8.2 Financial Losses
Gaming activity may result in financial loss. bd7u does not guarantee any winnings. bd7u bears limited liability for any loss caused by technical issues, and such cases will be assessed based on the circumstances.
8.3 Third-Party Services
Game software providers used by bd7u (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others) are third-party service providers. Their own terms and conditions may apply.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Termination
11.1 At the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is closed.
11.2 Termination by bd7u
bd7u reserves the right to close your account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms.
- In the event of false information being provided.
- If fraudulent activity is detected.
- In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy and all other published policies of bd7u, form the entire agreement between you and bd7u. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
